About Job Search and Career Development

Sometimes when people talk about job search, it seems like people who hold good jobs are born with job search skills or born good at job searching. Or as if people who are successful in their career always know what they want to do when they grow up. I believe that is not true.

The truth is job search skills can be horned. And there are paths for you to take to find the right career. I can't believe how many people I have coached told me that I wish I have known this earlier and it would have saved me so much time and energy to find the right job.
